💷 Pay: Circa £40,000 per annum (DOE) Negotiable within reason

✅ Proven supervisory or managerial experience within manufacturing
✅ Excellent organisational and communication skills
✅ Knowledge of ISO standards, lean principles, or similar systems
✅ Confident using Microsoft Office and production reporting tools
⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate day-to-day production activities 🏭
Plan workloads to meet customer demand and production targets
Lead, motivate, and develop a small production team
Monitor performance, cycle times, and output to maximise efficiency
Support tool changes and ensure equipment is properly maintained
Uphold Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards
Manage stock and maintain accurate production records
Champion continuous improvement across all production processes

Desirable Skills
✨ Experience in plastics (not essential)
✨ Background managing small to mid-sized production teams
✨ Qualifications in production, engineering, or leadership
